CIM Tax&Legal joins ASVAL as a new associated member

At CIM Tax&Legal we are committed to the real estate and rental market, and for this reason we have joined ASVAL.

ASVAL is the Association of Rental Housing Owners, an association founded in 2020 with the aim of promoting the development of the residential rental market in Spain, which over the years has become a national benchmark in the professionalization and defense of best practices in the residential rental market.

At CIM, we are excited about this new partnership and collaboration, which we believe will be beneficial for both parties and for our clients. In recent years, we have witnessed significant legislative activity in housing matters, which has led to a scenario of legal uncertainty for both property owners and tenants.
