Second CIM Base Camp session: Direct taxation in real estate transactions
CIM Base Camp – Training and Conference Programs
Redacción CIM Tax & Legal
Last November 12 marked the second session of CIM Base Camp, our training and conference program, once again held in collaboration with Savills, this time focused on direct taxation of real estate transactions.
The training session was led by Maria Ravetllat, Tax Manager at CIM, and Carlos Muñoz, partner at CIM, who addressed the key aspects of personal income tax (IRPF) in the ownership and sale of real estate, as well as the implications of Corporate Income Tax and the different corporate structures to efficiently organize investments. In addition, the Special Regime for Residential Leasing was analyzed, providing a practical approach to its application in real-life real estate transactions.

This session shows how CIM Base Camp combines technical rigor with a practical approach, enabling professionals in the sector to anticipate tax challenges, optimize transaction planning, and make strategic decisions with greater confidence.
The active involvement and collaboration of attendees reinforce the value of this type of initiative and confirm the interest in specialized learning spaces that connect technical knowledge with professional practice.
